The company has invested heavily in the CAD / CAM department through training, software and hardware. The two CAD offices handle data from all major design software packages and prepare it for download to one of the ten CNC machining centres.
All the machining centres have tool changes with twenty-one tools which allows night time lights out production.
The ten machines come in a variety of sizes from small with XYZ of 500 x 500 x 500 to large capacity machines with XYZ of 1250 x 800 x 800 and with spindle speeds up to 40,000 RPM.
We can machine a wide range of materials, from soft model board to the hardest tool steel and all to extremely close tolerances.
Digital data is collected for complete reverse engineering; the point cloud data generated from the scanning process can be used to create fully surfaced 3D CAD models.
